Valla & Associates Moves to Santa Monica

Valla & Associates, Inc., P.C. is delighted to announce the expansion of its Southern California office.   Effective September 1, 2019, the Firm has moved into its new Santa Monica office at 730 Arizona Avenue, Suite 241, Santa Monica, CA 90401.

Mr. Antonio Valla, Founder and President of the Firm stated: “We love being in the Los Angeles market and serving our clients from such an outstanding platform. The growth of our office and the strengthening of our presence there will allow us to provide our broad offering of services."

Valla & Associates Expands Again and Opens New Office in Los Angeles

Valla & Associates, Inc., P.C., is delighted to announce the opening of its new office in Los Angeles, California, effective today, April 16, 2018.

The opening of the Los Angeles office represents another important step in the firm’s growth after the expansion on the East Coast with the opening of the New York office in 2013 and in Italy with the representative office in Milan in 2015. The Los Angeles office will better serve the current and new clients based in Southern California, allowing the firm to be part of the local dynamic and growing market.  It will also be a natural gateway to support our LatAm client base.

Antonio Valla, Founder and President of the Firm, stated: “I am excited to announce the opening of our LA office, and I am certain that it will grow and contribute to the seamless delivery of high-quality, top-value care and service to our domestic and international clientele. Daniela Morrison, Executive Vice-President and Principal-in-Charge of the Firm’s New York office, agrees and states: “I am thrilled about the grand opening of the Firm in Los Angeles. The Los Angeles office will be managed by Marco Giovine, Associate Counsel of the firm, who added: “Los Angeles is an extraordinary business opportunity and I look forward to contributing to the Firm's growth, returning to the city where it all started a few years ago.”

Marco is in fact an alumnus of the University of California Los Angeles, where he earned his LL.M in 2015. Marco is a member of the firm’s transactional team, he is fluent in English and Spanish, as well as Italian, and specializes in assisting in a variety of M&A and commercial transactions, contractual matters, entity formation and corporate governance, having gained consolidated experience both in Italy and in the US across a wide range of industry sectors.

Daniela Morrison Now Partner at Valla & Associates

Valla & Associates Opens Representative Office in Milan, Italy

Boutique business law firm Valla & Associates, Inc., P.C., announced today the opening of a Representative Office in the heart of Milan, Italy, effective October 1, 2015. Antonio Valla, Founder and President of the Firm, stated: "I am excited to announce the opening of our rep office in Milan. Beyond a return to the city of my birth, our new, stable presence there will allow us to be even closer to the over 100 Italian companies we support and represent in major US markets, and to be ever more receptive to their immediate needs." Valla & Associates Expands to the East Coast and Opens New Branch in New York

Valla & Associates, Inc., P.C. today announced that on September 3, 2013, it will open a new office in Manhattan, New York, the firm's second office in the US. The firm’s space will be located at 509 Madison Avenue, Suite 1206, in the heart of Midtown. The New York office will better serve its growing International clients based on the East Coast and position the Firm as a true bi-coastal US boutique. The New York office will be managed by Daniela Morrison, Associate Counsel of Valla & Associates, Inc., P.C. who has been with the firm and its predecessor since 2002. The expansion into the northeastern United States is an important milestone in the firm's growing nationwide coverage.

Ms. Morrison is a native of Palermo, Italy. After receiving her Juris Doctor Degree (Laurea in Giurisprudenza) in Italy and completing her internship at an Italian law firm for two years, Ms. Morrison moved to the United States in 2001. She joined the Firm's predecessor in 2002, assisting domestic and foreign clients in general business transactions, including corporate and employment matters, and trademarks applications. A particular focus of her practice has been the assistance to Italian companies doing business in the United States. Ms. Morrison has obtained a Master of Law Degree (LL.M.) from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2006, and has been admitted to the New York Bar. She is fluent in Italian and English.
