Antonio Valla
Mr. Valla founded the Firm’s predecessor, Valla & Associates, Inc., P.C., in 2009. He focuses on the transactional and business litigation aspects of the Firm's practice, with a particular passion for its international clientele.
Daniela Morrison
Ms. Morrison leads the corporate and immigration practice for the Firm. A particular focus of her practice is the assistance to Italian companies doing business in the United States in commercial business transactions, immigration, and trademarks applications.
Lisa Schachne
Ms. Schachne is in charge of the litigation practice at VMS. She represents domestic, foreign and insurance clients in a variety of employment, products liability and business litigation matters in U.S. Courts and arbitration.
Majda Barazzutti
Ms. Barazzutti received her Juris Doctor (Laurea in Giurisprudenza) from the University of Trieste, Italy, and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1988. She obtained a Master of Law (LL.M.) from Cornell Law School in 1988.
Alexander Richard Rossi
Mr. Rossi is a Legal Studies and Law graduate of the Università degli Studi Mediterranea of Reggio Calabria where he also completed the Scuola di Specializzazione per le Professioni Legali.
Kevin Sherman
Mr. Sherman is a native to the Bay Area, California. He obtained his Juris Doctor from U.C. Hastings in San Francisco in 2017 and was admitted to the California Bar that same year.

Vincenzo D'Angelo
Mr. D’Angelo is originally from Palermo, Italy. After completing his Juris Doctor at Universita di Trento, he moved to New York to pursue an LL.M. in Business Law at Brooklyn Law School.
Paralegals
Elizabeth C. Lee
Ms. Lee, Paralegal, joined Valla & Associates, Inc., P.C. in 2013. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lee was a corporate paralegal with Pillsbury Madison & Sutro, until 1997, and at Hancock Rothert & Bunshoft until 1994.
Leslie Beaudin
Ms. Beaudin first joined Valla & Associates in November 2014 as an Administrative Assistant and was later promoted to Litigation Paralegal in January 2016.

Antoinette Valla
Ms. Valla graduated from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She joined the firm's predecessor, Gilliss Valla & Dalsin, LLP in 1994 as an independent contractor and transitioned to Finance Manager for Valla & Associates, Inc., P.C. in 2009.
Mario Riva
Mr. Riva graduated from the University of Parma in 1992 with a degree in Economics. Over the last twenty years, Mr. Riva has held various roles of increasing responsibility in finance and administration within large volume companies in various sectors.
