Law Clerk

Mr. D’Angelo serves as a Law Clerk at the New York office of Valla Morrison & Schachne, specializing in complex business immigration and corporate law, with additional experience in family-based immigration. Under Daniela Morrison’s supervision, Vincenzo provides comprehensive advice to both foreign and domestic entities and individuals on a spectrum of visa petitions, as well as offering counsel in areas of employment law, contract law, and intellectual property law.

Originally hailing from Palermo, Italy, Mr. D’Angelo pursued his Juris Doctor at the Università di Trento before relocating to New York for an LL.M. in Business Law at Brooklyn Law School. He is the co-founder and managing director of “Law in the City,” a website dedicated to guiding prospective LL.M. students in New York City, where he regularly contributes articles on legal education, general legal topics, and practical advice for living in the city.

He is fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish. Mr. D’Angelo embodies the belief that persistence is key, inspired by Dale Carnegie's words: "Most of the important things in the world have been accomplished by people who have kept on trying when there seemed to be no hope at all.”
