As Of Counsel to the firm, Ms. Barazzutti brings over thirty years of valuable experience advising clients on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and commercial transactions. She has represented international clients across various sectors, such as equipment manufacturing, technology, and food industries. Her recent work encompasses domestic and cross-border acquisitions, commercial dealings, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

Originally practicing law in Milan, Italy, Majda moved to San Francisco, bringing her extensive legal expertise. She earned her Juris Doctor (Laurea in Giurisprudenza) from the University of Trieste, Italy, and later acquired a Master of Law (LL.M.) from Cornell Law School.
