Ms. Schachne leads the firm’s litigation practice. She represents a wide range of clients—including domestic, foreign, and insurance entities—in employment, products liability, and business litigation throughout the U.S. in state and federal courts and in arbitration. Lisa has aggressively and successfully litigated and won complex business matters on the plaintiff and defense side, including obtaining an elusive civil fraud verdict.

Her academic credentials include a B.A. from the University of Washington and a Juris Doctor from UC College of the Law, San Francisco, with admission to the California Bar in 2014. Prior to joining VMS in 2017, she gained significant experience in insurance defense litigation. Her legal expertise is also recognized in the District of Columbia and New York, where she was admitted to the bar in 2022 and 2023, respectively.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Lisa is an active member of Legalmondo, contributing to the network of international lawyers.
