Senior Counsel

As Senior Counsel at Valla Morrison & Schachne, Mr. Rossi brings his extensive background in law to the corporate department, focusing on corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. His journey began with a law degree and specialized legal training from the Università degli Studi Mediterranea of Reggio Calabria, enhanced further by an LL.M. in International Business and Trade Law from Fordham University School of Law. Alessandro’s  career took a significant step forward when he joined LEXIA Avvocati, culminating in his admission to the New York Bar in 2018.

Joining Valla & Associates in 2019, Alessandro has since been instrumental in navigating complex legal challenges and contributing to the firm's success. He lives by the guiding principle, "The only person you should try to be better than is the person you were yesterday," a quote by Matty Mullins that reflects his commitment to personal and professional growth.
